Replacement Policy for Samplrr Box

At Samplrr Box, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive their products in perfect condition. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or broken product, we are happy to offer a replacement under the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before it is opened.
  • The complete unboxing process, including removing the product from the package.
  • The damaged or broken product in clear view.

 

2. How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [box@samplrr.in] with the subject line:
    “Replacement Request – [Your Order ID]”
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Your Order ID.
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • The unboxing video (either as an attachment or via a shareable link).

 

3. Time Frame for Reporting

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Requests submitted after this time frame will not be considered.

 

4. No Unboxing Video = No Replacement

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a replacement under any circumstances.
  • This policy ensures transparency and fairness for both customers and the company.

 

5. Foul Play and Claims

  • Samplrr Box reserves the right to reject any claims that:
    • Appears to involve foul play.
    • Are deemed suspicious after review.
  • The company’s decision regarding the legitimacy of a claim is final and binding.

 

6. Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacements are only offered for products that are damaged or broken during transit.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or damage occurring after use are not eligible for replacement.

 

7. Replacement Process

  • Once your claim is verified, we will initiate the replacement process and notify you via email.
  • The replacement will be shipped to your provided address as soon as possible.

 

8. Delivery Policy & Refund Terms

  • We will attempt to deliver your order twice to the provided address.
  • If you’re unavailable to receive the order during these attempts, it will be automatically cancelled.
  • In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed after deducting the ₹99 delivery charge.
  • To avoid inconvenience, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order.
